Role Overview:

Techno Consultancy UK Limited is seeking an experienced and commercially driven Head of Sales to lead and scale the company’s global sales function.

This role will be responsible for driving revenue growth, building a strong sales pipeline, and expanding the company’s market presence across key geographies. The ideal candidate will combine strategic thinking, strong execution capability, and enterprise sales expertise to deliver sustained business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership

  • Develop and execute sales strategy aligned with business objectives and revenue goals
  • Define go-to-market approaches across target industries and markets
  • Establish scalable sales processes and frameworks to support growth

Revenue Growth & Pipeline Development

  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline
  • Drive revenue growth across services and solutions
  • Identify and capitalise on new business opportunities across markets
  • Contribute to achieving and exceeding overall sales targets

Enterprise Sales & Client Engagement

  • Engage with C-level stakeholders and key decision-makers
  • Lead consultative sales discussions
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships

Sales Execution

  • Manage the full sales lifecycle from lead generation to deal closure
  • Lead proposals, commercial discussions, and negotiations
  • Close high-value deals across AI, data, and digital transformation offerings

Collaboration & Solutioning

  • Work closely with technical and delivery teams
  • Translate technical solutions into clear business value propositions for clients

Market Presence

  • Represent the company at industry events and networking forums
  • Generate new opportunities through strategic outreach and engagement

Team Building

  • Build and lead the sales team aligned with business growth objectives
  • Implement reporting, forecasting, and performance tracking mechanisms
  • Establish a high-performance sales culture and accountability frameworks

Required Qualifications:

  • 8–12+ years experience in sales, preferably in B2B, enterprise, or technology consulting environments
  • Strong enterprise sales background
  • Proven track record of achieving revenue targets and driving business growth
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Experience:

  • Experience in selling AI, data analytics, cloud, and digital transformation solutions
  • Exposure to UK and/or global markets
  • MBA (preferred)

Performance Expectations:

  • Achievement of revenue and sales targets
  • Development of a strong and sustainable sales pipeline
  • Acquisition of new clients and expansion of existing accounts
