About the Organization & Role:

At Techno Consultancy, a UK-based digital transformation firm with over 20 years of experience in IT consulting and development across industries such as Financial Services, Retail, and EdTech, we are actively expanding into AI, machine learning, and intelligent automation to evolve into a strategic AI-led Digital Transformation partner.
This role is designed for individuals who want to think like consultants and contribute to business positioning, not just execute marketing tasks. This internship will involve working on real business problems, market insights, and strategic content, contributing directly to how we position ourselves in the market, not routine marketing execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop a strong understanding of Techno Consultancy’s services, industries, and customer segments, with the ability to translate technical offerings into clear business problems, use cases, and measurable outcomes
  • Conduct structured market and competitor research to identify positioning gaps, AI adoption trends, and differentiation opportunities, with a focus on generating insights, not just compiling information
  • Create LinkedIn thought leadership content based on industry challenges, transformation narratives, and AI use cases, ensuring each post reflects original thinking and avoids generic or repetitive messaging
  • Repurpose blogs, case studies, whitepapers, and service page content into sharper, more relevant LinkedIn content, improving clarity, positioning, and audience relevance
  • Write blog articles that demonstrate structured thinking, depth of research, and a clear connection between business problems and solutions (surface-level or generic content will not be considered acceptable)
  • Develop case studies that clearly articulate the client problem, solution approach, and measurable business impact, ensuring the narrative is outcome-driven and easy to understand
  • Contribute to whitepapers by researching industry challenges and structuring insights that reflect practical understanding and strategic perspective, not just theoretical information
  • Support website content updates on WordPress while identifying opportunities to improve messaging clarity, structure, and communication of value propositions
  • Design marketing creatives (social posts, documents, presentations) using Canva and AI tools, ensuring visuals are clear, purposeful, and aligned with the message
  • Work closely with the sales team to create collaterals such as brochures, pitch decks, proposals, and basic solution mockups, translating complex offerings into business-friendly communication
  • Track website traffic, content performance, and engagement metrics, and provide insight-driven observations and improvement recommendations, not just reports
  • Coordinate with developers, designers, and the sales team to execute initiatives with clarity, accountability, and alignment across teams
  • Support campaign execution by ensuring consistency in messaging, content, and creative output across channels
  • Assist in planning, executing (using email marketing tools like YMLP), and analysing email marketing campaigns, including performance evaluation and actionable suggestions for improvement
  • Take initiative to research, explore ideas, and contribute beyond assigned tasks, demonstrating ownership, curiosity, and independent thinking

Learning Opportunities

  • Exposure to AI, Data Analytics, and Digital Transformation domains
  • Hands-on experience in B2B marketing and demand generation
  • Understanding of global marketing strategies (UK and international markets)
  • Practical exposure to digital tools, analytics, and campaign execution

Required Qualifications

  • Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
  • Strong interest in digital marketing and technology
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Basic understanding of social media and online marketing tools
  • Willingness to learn, take initiative, and contribute proactively

Compensation Structure

  • Stipend will be performance-based (₹2,000 – ₹4,000), provided based on quality of contribution and outcomes achieved
  • Additional incentives/commission may be offered based on performance

Certificate and potential full-time opportunity may be offered based on performance.
