Role Overview:

We are seeking motivated and enthusiastic Sales Interns to support the sales function in driving business growth across AI, Data Analytics, and Digital Transformation consulting services.

This role provides hands-on exposure to enterprise sales, consultative selling, and global business development practices, offering a strong foundation for a career in sales and consulting.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Support & Lead Generation

  • Assist in identifying and researching potential clients and market segments
  • Support outbound outreach via email, LinkedIn, and other channels
  • Help generate and qualify leads for the sales team

Market Research

  • Conduct research on target industries, competitors, and potential clients
  • Identify opportunities in the AI, data analytics, and digital transformation space

Sales Operations

  • Support in maintaining CRM systems and tracking the sales pipeline
  • Assist in preparing sales presentations, proposals, and documentation
  • Coordinate with internal teams to support client requirements

Client Engagement Support

  • Assist in scheduling meetings, follow-ups, and client interactions
  • Support communication with prospects and clients

Learning & Development:

  • Exposure to enterprise sales and consultative selling methodologies
  • Understanding of AI, Data Analytics, and Digital Transformation services
  • Hands-on experience working with global markets, including UK and international clients
  • Practical exposure to CRM tools, outreach strategies, and sales processes

Required Qualifications

  • Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Strong interest in sales, business development, and technology
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and take initiative

Preferred Skills:

  • Basic understanding of LinkedIn outreach and CRM tools
  • Interest in B2B sales or a consulting environment

Performance Expectations:

  • Contribution to lead generation and sales support activities
  • Timely and accurate completion of assigned tasks
  • Active participation, learning, and engagement with the team

Compensation Structure:

  • Stipend / Basic Allowance
  • Performance-based incentives / Commission
